Universal nylon rollers allow you to bend different types of profiles.
The lever of VBT-40 enables you to shorten the effective distance to make your work easier. You can also remove the lever for easier manipulation and storage.
Thanks to its design, the VBT-40 tool is surprisingly compact to help you with manipulation. At the same time it offers a robust frame with heat treated rails and KOMAXIT surface treatment.
The VBT-40 is equipped with a ruler for easy bend position reading for higher repeatability of your work. You can bend profiles of up to 40mm in width and 40mm in height with the standard pulleys. The smallest achieved diameter of a bent 10mm round rod is 275mm with the standard pulleys. We are able to manufacture custom made pulleys for your purposes.
Our Roller Bender is an ideal helper for every workshop. A robust vice is necessary for its functionality! It has been designed to be compatible with most common vices with a jaw width of max. 135mm. The tool weighs 8.8 kg.
