The manual injection molding tool is the gateway to the world of molded plastic parts for hobbyists and professionals alike.
The MIMT-32 is equipped with an adjustable table to hold molds of various shapes and sizes. A plexiglass shield prevents any possible spatter from burning you or you workers.
The upper chamber for plastic granulate closes itself while injection is ongoing. This prevents any remaining or redundant material to fall in and cause a mess later.
The melting chamber gets up to 270°C in under 6 minutes. The set temperature is maintained by a PID regulator. The chamber is isolated to prevent any heat loss. It is heated by three separate elements which are spaced so that the chamber is heated evenly.
